bulletListed here are group classes made up of 2, 3, or 4 students. (Please check rate schedule for fee.)

bulletYou must complete at least 3 private sessions before joining a group class IF you are new to pilates.

bulletAsk for the “Introduction to Core Strength” class, that also prepares you for the ongoing group classes.

Level 1 = new beginner

Level 2 = basic beginner skill set       

Level 3 = advancing beginner

Level 4 = new intermediate

SATURDAY 8:55am Athletes & Dancers (Advanced)
  10:30am OR 12noon Stretch & Release Class (by request)
     
SUNDAY 12noon Men’s Class
