Onsite Mat Classes
If your business can accommodate a fitness class onsite, Core Cat offers two 60-minute mat class choices:

The Refresher
15 minutes of stretching and release work
45 minutes of exercise that includes abdominal conditioning, upper body sets, leg sets, and the beginning of integrated work. You will be on friendly terms with rolldowns, rollovers, push-ups and planks.

Go Deep
10 minutes of “yoga lattes” poses and flows
45 minutes of integrated work (that is, upper and lower body together)
5-minute timeout with eyepads. Guided relaxation.

Props and pilates “toys” often incorporated and recommended.

The Better Backs Workshop: Building Support on the Job
If your goal is to create a user-friendly space for bodies at work, the Better Backs Workshop arms you and your employees with knowledge and techniques for proper back care. Back injuries and other common injuries can be intelligently prevented and managed with these helpful tools.

Lecture Demonstration & Discussion covers (1) correct sitting, standing, and lifting postures; (2) tips for changing bad movement patterns at work and home; (3) injury self-management; (4) recommendations and resources for self-strengthening.

Movement Participation. We warm up with an easy stretching routine you also take home via handout (and web link).
Individually and in teams we simulate a dozen physical tasks and analyze them for back-safe execution. We finish with a demo and some simple exercises with props like foam rollers and stability balls.
