Victoria Kelly, Owner and Movement Therapist
Victoria found joy in movement from an early age. Her movement journey has included yoga, ballet, jazz, modern dance, dance theater, film and video. Most recently, she has studied tango.
In her home state of West Virginia -- and later in New York City -- she was deeply involved in theater production across a range of media. She is grateful for being given the opportunity to perform her own work in major cities worldwide. An organic performer, she translates her skills to teaching the pilates method. She brings a spirit of inclusion to Core Cat Studio.
Certified in pilates instruction from Turning Point Studios in Walnut Creek, CA, Victoria continues to study kinesiology, biomechanics, rehabilitation, somatic therapies, and movement systems.

Susan Gladstone teaches Monday and Thursday mornings at Core Cat. Her involvement in movement and fitness began when she studied dance in college during the mid-1970s. She began practicing pilates a decade ago and found it key in strengthening muscles weakened by scoliosis.
A generous and encouraging instructor, Susan has been teaching pre-pilates and mat classes, making great use of props and modifications for maximum comfort. She completed her instructor training at Turning Point Studios in Walnut Creek.
"I encourage older women to appreciate what their bodies have achieved, and to keep striving for greater changes"
